Oh my gosh, today was such a beautiful day. I think Spring has finally arrived in the area of Dutchess County, NY. For a good portion of the day the sky was a pretty blue and the temperature was awesome. I think we may have hit 60 degrees today. YAY! I was even out in a short sleeved blouse this afternoon.

Like always, work was crazy and busy. However, I did find it in my heart to sneak away and enjoy some of the beautiful weather. Naturally, I have a picture to post and of course you know what the subject will be. Yes, a beautiful bald eagle. It is amazing, I've been watching these birds for a few weeks now and I've been learning so much about them. They are truly incredible and beautiful creatures. The more I watch these birds, the more I hope I'll one day get a chance to be close enough to touch one.

The other fun part about watching these beautiful birds is that I'm also meeting new people and making new friends (other eagle watchers and photographers). I feel so lucky to have more amazing people enter my life. Thank you! I'm having such a great time hanging out with you all and I'm really enjoying getting to know you!
