Today is day 10 of being sick and I'm finally starting to see the road to recovery, yay. The antibiotic I started on Thursday night must have kicked in because last night I had the best sleep I've had in well over a week. It felt great to get up this morning feeling well rested. I met up with a friend and we went to my new/favorite eagle spot. Watching the eagle's was so fascinating. They not only took turns flying to and from the nest, but they also worked hard to keep other large birds away. At one point, we watched both of them chase off a young eagle. It was incredibly fascinating to watch.

By mid afternoon, I was completely exhausted and so I went home and rested for a while before going to a friends Photography Exhibit. I almost didn't make it because of how exhausted I was, but I'm glad I did because his work is amazing. Seeing all his beautiful work gave me so much inspiration to keep at it and hopefully do a show of my own someday.

Today's pic is....... that's right, you guessed it..... an eagle.
